I wanted to define a self-portrait as a reserved centre with disciplined, orthogonal motion orbiting it. The portrait here is the act of circling without trespassing: every line acknowledges a shared inner square that stays blank, while the coloured passes negotiate who gets to occupy the ring. By keeping everything grid-locked and axis-aligned, I’m showing myself as structured but restless—always moving along right angles, always checking sector balance, never quite collapsing into symmetry, and never breaking the silent square at the core.
